$1.9M market cap for HYPNO and $159.6k for UTOPIS are not really small as layer 2 tokens. There are many on Hive, which market caps are far smaller than them. Just curious because I am wondering why these tokens are not given much attention despite the bigger size of their market cap compared to other layer-two projects on Hive.

In the case of HYPNO, it is probably due to the fact that it is extremely niched. It's a hypnosis community token.
UTOPIS is a creatively engineered investment fund that is geared toward income distribution.
You probably don't hear about them much because one is niched and the other is an investment fund and not a community (nor tied to a community) nor is it a dApp token.
