RE: dCity Progress Update #29

I picked up another Wind turbine and some more citizens to balance, but my SIM holding is going nowhere fast, I have squeaked over 200k, but still a long way to go for 1 million.

My tax rebate is currently sitting at 104 SIM and I have spare income to expand that, but I really do want to pause buying cards for a bit to build my SIM.

I've not had any Young Citizens turn into students yet , how long does that take and what factors can I play with to influence the outcome, I'm very much in the dark about the Young Citizen , Student, Student (debt) progression. I did buy a University and some teachers, not sure if that makes any difference though
