What $1,000 Would Change in My Life

$1000 is a huge amount of money to a lot of people, including me. I know it might seem like chicken feed to those who are well-to-do, but to me it's a huge amount of money, and having it would go a long way in impacting my life positively. It'll go on to help me progress with one of my long-held dream, and that's why in this article today I'll be telling you about what having such a huge amount of money would do to me, its long-term effects on my life, and much more, so without further ado, let's get to it.

There are lots of things one could possibly do with 1000 US dollars, such as investing it in, maybe, shares or a business or buying necessities, spending it on important stuff, or just having a good time. And in all honesty, investing such an amount seems to be like the best way forward, given the fact that it'll most likely yield a positive outcome by making us earn more in the near future, but inasmuch as investment is good, we can't also forget the fact that it involves high financial risk that can go either way. So what then will I do with it?

Personally, if I were to have such an amount of money at my disposal at this very moment, there would only be one thing I'd do with it, and that's to start the construction of my own house. I've in the past written about my desire to own a house of my own, and since I purchased a landed property, the next step to bringing that desire to reality is to build the house; however, it's not a cheap project to embark on, and while 1000 US dollars won't be able to complete the building project, I know it'll help me begin and push it to a substantial level that'll increase my commitment to finding ways to complete the project and move into my own house.

The reason why this is what I'll be spending the $1000 on and the long term are actually almost the same. You see, aside from the fact that owning my own house has been a long-term desire I've nurtured. The place I currently stay as a tenant with my family has been increasing the rent fee every single year, meaning that since I moved into that house, I've never renewed my rent with the previous fee; there's always a huge increase, and with the rate at which this is going, I might end up spending all my years in a rented apartment if I don't take steps towards building my own house.

And talking about the long-term benefits, owning my own house and staying there will drastically help cut the cost of paying rent yearly and would also give me liberty to do anything I like in my own space without the limitations of the owner's rules.

Honestly, if I also see such amount I will definitely start up my dream business, build my own house and also buy a land for future purposes. Now imagine me having my own house, I won't have to pay for rent because I'm the owner of my house and there's no landlord or caretaker to be roaming around my apartment for my house rent.

I pray all your heart desires come to fulfillment.
