Welcome back,
Today I am going to talk about why Bitcoin, gold, or even the stock market cannot make you richer if you commit these 3 mistakes.
The very first mistake that people often make, no matter where they invest, whether in crypto, gold, or stocks, is expecting quick returns. Many people enter the market after seeing advertisements promising 10x or 20x returns in just a week or a month.

This is completely unrealistic. Even the best traders cannot consistently make 10x or 100x in a month. It takes patience and proper technical analysis before you can even think about multiplying your portfolio significantly.
When you enter the market with a mindset built on myths, you end up frustrated and often lose money.
The second biggest mistake is researching based only on what others tell you. There are some basic rules when researching a project. First, check the team behind it. Look at their work history.

Check their LinkedIn profiles and see whether they have worked on credible projects before. Understand what the project is actually offering. Study the tokenomics.
Check the trading volume across exchanges. See whether institutional or large players are showing interest.
You should also research token unlock schedules and total token distribution among investors, creators, and other stakeholders. Understanding how tokens are distributed is crucial because poor distribution is one of the major reasons projects collapse in the long run.
The third and most important mistake is lack of patience.

Even if you look at Bitcoin, which delivered massive returns over the last 8 to 9 years, many people still failed to benefit fully.
Bitcoin was once trading near $2,000 USD, and from there it went to $90,000 USD and even close to $120,000 USD. That represents roughly a 30x to 40x return. Very few assets in the world have delivered that kind of performance.
But the real question is, how many people actually captured that full move?

How many people sold their Bitcoin when it moved from $3,000 USD to $6,000 USD, thinking they doubled their money? Many probably sold at $10,000 USD, $20,000 USD, $40,000 USD, or $60,000 USD.
Very few had the patience to hold until much higher levels. Even those who bought at $80,000 USD might have sold at $125,000 USD without holding for the long term.
That is why patience is everything.

If you truly practice patience, you do not have to constantly worry about short term fluctuations. Buy strong assets, hold them with conviction, and review them over a 10 to 15 year horizon. That is how long term wealth is built.
If you train your mind properly, learn like a trader, think like an investor, and most importantly practice patience, you will have a much higher chance of success in the market.
Thank you and happy trading everyone
