Pixel 9 or Samsung S24? My Thoughts from Chroma Visit

Hello to my fellow community members,

Friends, recently I shared about the Big Billion Day sale which is about to start on Flipkart. Today, me, my brother, and my cousin went to the nearest Croma Center. Croma is an offline store from Tata where you will find almost every device you need to buy.

We went there just to check out the devices in person, because we were confused about which product to buy. Right now, our confusion is between two devices Google Pixel 9 and Samsung Galaxy S24. So we decided to go and have our hands on both the products.

It was a good visit because we also explored some other brands. We saw the OnePlus 13S, which I personally really liked. But my brother is not someone who will go with OnePlus. He is very brand centric, so for him it has to be either iPhone, Google, or Samsung.

He didn’t even consider the OnePlus 13S, though I felt it was a superb option. The phone has a really strong processor, probably the best in class right now. The camera was also impressive, and the compact design makes it even better.

Honestly, I couldn’t find anything negative about that smartphone. Even the price point of around 53,000 INR feels justified for the features it is offering.

The problem was that we could not put our hands on the Google Pixel 9 because it was not available at the showroom. But luckily, we got the chance to try out the Samsung Galaxy S24. We also checked out the Apple iPhone 16 series, which was really nice too. Still, I think my brother is going to decide between Google Pixel 9 and Samsung S24.

If I had to choose between these two, I would definitely go with the Samsung S24 because it comes with a better processor, and honestly, I’m more of a Samsung lover. So whenever the option comes, that’s the one I am going to pick.

Anyway friends, while we were about to leave the Chroma Store, I noticed some really nice speakers on display. Of course, I had no plan to buy them because honestly, I don’t even have the time to use them, but still, I liked the look of that section.

So, I clicked a picture of that portion where all the speakers were kept. You can check it out in the picture below.

It was also a nice reunion with my cousin brother, and we had a really good time. After Chroma, we went out to eat something together and later stayed at home for a while, talking about a few things before my cousin finally left.

Before I end this blog and say good night, I just want to ask everyone reading till here if your budget was around 50,000–60,000 INR, which smartphone would you have chosen?

Thank you so much for reading my blog today.
