I have this compassion for animals while growing up because my mother had a little farm where she rears goats 🐐 and chickens. And as children then, my siblings and I will always want to say hello to them. But usually, the goats will be calm, allowing us to touch them mildly. The chicken πŸ” are always a war. Once you near where they are, they will set out a noise - like kwa-kwa -kwa . Not just a funny πŸ˜† one because their noise usually is loud.

But I love ❀️ to play with the mother goat because she looks so calm. And most times I will want to take some banana 🍌and plantains peel to her, especially . Then my mother will always send for some grass for them and buckets πŸͺ£ of water during hot season.

But for proper pets, I remove my mother had a beautiful cat 🐱 named Angelo. He had lovely brown-white mix furs that I love πŸ’•. We allow him to stay with us at all times and we will usually make milk for him every morning and other soft foods during they. One thing I love most is Angelo’s little cottage 🐱 made of plywood. Where he sleeps once it’s night.

But growing up and leaving for schools 🏫 I never had the time to have a pet of my own due to there was no time for me to look after one. You can imagine having a pet when you have not been able to properly take care of yourself. School 🏫 use to be one hectic moment of a lifetime. Although, I know many can go all out to squeeze time to have a pet.

And then , when I got married, my hubby use to have a dog 🐢 as a pet called Ronald. A hairy lovely white dog 🐩 he takes around anywhere he goes except when going to work. And it happened that after some years he fail sick and died. My hubby felt so bad that he refused to get another dog. Blaming himself for not doing enough for Ronald.

And as a young mother then, I was battling with how to take care of my children and never took so much interest in having a pet. I feel like we need to give enough time to our pets once we have made up our mind to have them around us. Pets are the most cherished companions we can ever think of. They bring us joy 🀩 once we have established a connection with them. Most of us ends up building an everlasting connections with our pets especially that bond we create with them that is natural.

I once wanted to adopt a cat 🐱for my girls but found out that my younger daughter feels so scared 😟 with animals because it was not just cats but with dogs 🐢 and other animals as they were growing. Although, she believes that she can with time accept to have a cat but not dogs.Right now too , I can say that time has not been able to allow me have my choice of pets, but definitely , I will love πŸ’• to have a beautiful cat 🐈 around the house and an aquarium stand with beautiful fish 🐠 once my children are all settled, I will definitely need a companion to play with around the house, keeping busy too with them, especially one to relate snd talk to when you are hone alone.
