Splinterlands - Opening 5 Foundation Packs, Winning an Epic, Season Rewards and A Easy win in battle with Earthquake modifier

How are you all? I hope everyone is fine and doing great in their life.

It has been five days since I played Splinterlands. I was very busy with my work because I recently started working with an organization, and I have been giving a lot of time there. I am learning new things, but now I am back.

I was quite late in claiming the season rewards, and this time I could not earn much. As you can see in the screenshot below, I only earned 1783 GLINT, and I was in Gold 1. That is what I was able to achieve during the last season. The new season is already running, and I am late by five days, but now I will focus on what is ahead so that I can achieve better results this time.

In the screenshot below, you can see I am on the mana well with five foundation chests as usual. I opened them without any expectations so that I would not feel disappointed.

Below, you can see all the cards I won, and this time it was not very good in my opinion. I won one summoner, but that is not enough to make me happy. I also won one epic card from the Life category, but I still wish it was better. I really want to win a gold foil card because those are the ones that make me happy.

Now moving on to one of the battles that I played today. This battle was between Fire and Life elements, and the Earthquake modifier was active. Because of this modifier, all monsters without the Flying ability take 2 damage at the end of each round. That is why I selected a monster with the Flying ability, which helped me in the battle.

In the screenshot below, you can see round 3 where the battle was at five versus three, and I had not lost a single monster yet.

In the next screenshot, you can see the final blow delivered by my team, and that is how I won the battle.

That is all I did in Splinterlands today. Next, I plan to buy Gladius packs because I have been invited to a new guild, and I joined it today. Now I will participate in guild battles again. Hopefully, I will win something good and share it with all of you.

Now let me share something from Terracore. It has been 5 days since I opened my base. In the screenshot below, you can see the attacks. Before you calculate anything, I want to mention that around 600 scrap was mined and protected in my base.

I do not know what is happening in the game. It feels like fewer players are active, and maybe that is why no one attacked me. My attacks did not go very well, but the mined scrap was good enough to make me satisfied.
