Splinterlands - Opening 10 Foundation Packs, No Gold, No Legendary, won only 1 Epic Card

How are you all? I hope everyone is fine and doing great in their life.

I was once again on a short break, so I was not able to play Splinterlands properly or write blogs. But now I am back. Even during the break, I was playing the game behind the scenes and collecting rewards.

So today, I am here to open 10 foundation chest boxes and share how it went. Even though all of you already know that I have not been very happy with pack openings recently, we are still going to try.

In the screenshot below, you can see that I already have 10 foundation chests ready. As usual, I opened all of them at once to see what I get.

In the next screenshot, you can see all the cards I received. And honestly, it was disappointing. Not even a single legendary card, and not even a single gold card. I only got one epic card, and I already have that card at a good level, so I was not happy with that either.

The only good thing I got from these 10 packs was four summoners. Two are from the water element, one from life, and one from fire. But still, I was hoping for at least a few more epic cards so I could feel a bit happier.

Now I want to talk about a card that helped me climb in Modern battle mode. This is a card I really like, and I might even buy it in the coming days because it impressed me a lot.

The name of the card is Shock Trooper, and it comes with 4 magic attack power. That alone makes it very strong, and that is why I decided to rent it.

I rented this card for 8 days, and as you can see in the screenshot below, I only had to pay 8 DEC tokens. I think that is a very good deal for such a powerful card.

Now let me share one of the battles I played today. It was interesting because when I choose the water element, I usually face dragon or earth teams, but this time it was against the life element.

As you can see in the screenshot below, I am at the bottom and my opponent is at the top.

In Round 3, it was 4 vs 4, as both of us had already lost one monster. Even at that point, I was confident that I would win.

In the next screenshot, in Round 4, it became 2 vs 4, and the game was clearly in my favor.

In the same round, I delivered the final blow and won the battle.

So that is what I did in Splinterlands today. It was an easy win. The battle had a very normal modifier, so nothing special to talk about there.

But as you all know, there is an Eggceleration modifier currently in the game. If you have not experienced it yet, I would suggest you keep playing until you get that modifier, because it is really fun and interesting.

Apart from Splinterlands, I also play other games on the Hive blockchain. One of the games that I often share about is Terracore. In the screenshot below, you can see that I used 6 attacks on the Terracore base today.

Those attacks did not go very well because I only earned 826 Scrap tokens, which is not much, so I am not happy with that result.
