Splinterlands - Opening 10 Chest Boxes, Spending all my glints, Buying Rare and Common Card Draws, Winning a Scroll!

How are you all? I hope everyone is fine and doing great in their life.

Today I did something different in Splinterlands.

Usually, I focus on opening foundation chests, but today I decided to try something new. Yes, I still had foundation chests, but I thought, why not spend all my Glints in the Glint shop instead?

So first, I went to the Glint shop and bought Minor Chests. I purchased a total of five, as you can see in the screenshot below. I was hoping to get something exciting that I could celebrate with all of you.

In the screenshot below, you can see all the rewards I received. I got one common card, some merits, one alchemy potion, and one legendary potion. Honestly, nothing too exciting from these Minor Chests.

After that, I decided to go for a guaranteed reward. I bought a Rare Draw card for 1500 Glints. The good thing about this is that a rare card is guaranteed. Last time we actually won a rare card by spending 2000 glints on chests.

In the screenshot below, you can see the card I received. It belongs to the Earth category, and I am happy to own it, no matter what.

Next, I still had 900 Glints left, so I bought three Common Draw cards. I will be getting the most common cards from the set but it's ok, I am going to accept them as I don't own them.

As you can see in the screenshot below, I got three cards, and I already own all of them but that was still fine for me.

Then I moved on to playing Modern battle mode. As I mentioned in my last blog, Modern mode is now my main focus because I have already reached the highest league in Frontier mode.

As you can see in the screenshot below, I reached Bronze 1.

For that, I received five chest rewards. I opened them, hoping for something good.

In the screenshot below, you can see the rewards. I got a common scroll, and apart from that, everything else was something usual. So overall, nothing very special from these chests.

Now let me share one of the battles I played today.

This was a Modern League battle, and both of us used Earth summoners. In my opinion, I had the better lineup, as you can see in the screenshot below.

In Round 2, it was 6 vs 5, and one of the opponent’s monsters was already eliminated. So I had the advantage.

In Round 3, almost all the opponent’s monsters were defeated, and I managed to win the battle with all my monsters still alive. That was a perfect victory, and I was really happy with it.

So that is all I did in Splinterlands today. From spending around 5000 Glints, opening multiple chests, trying rare and common draws, to winning a perfect battle, it was a good and different kind of day.

In the screenshot above are the attacks from my terracore base and we won close to 1000 scraps with 5 attacks and that is on top of some decent scraps collected in the mining already.
