First and foremost, a big shout out to all the amazing and talented teachers out there, especially to the ones responsible for who i am today in the aspects of academics, they did really well. I must also give credit to all the teachers who have been able to impact one or two things in me in all my years of junior school and college, they really did well. This is why I always tell my friends who believed and believe school to be a scam to never think such, and that is because I knew everything taught to us back then would definitely have an impact sometime in the future, and today I’m starting to see the impact of those endless teachings and long explanations, they really came in handy. The knowledge that was impacted in me during those years are actually part of the factors responsible for my success today, a big shoutout to them…

Economics and commerce were two of my favorite subjects in my early years of college(senior secondary class 1), we had to do all the subjects meant for the whole 3 departments in high school to find our weaknesses and strengths in our respective fields, that way we will know which subjects are our strengths and weaknesses, therefore choosing a department to settle into and following a career path while working hard to improve those weaknesses…

Division of labor is one of my favorite topic in both economics and commerce, i did it in SS1 and also did it in economics when i got into year 2 in college. The best way to get a job or task done easier and faster is through DIVISION OF LABOR, it doesn’t just only facilitates efficiency in the work field, it also enhances productivity and speed…

Division of labor…

Let me add more to your knowledge on Division of labor, division of labor is neither a sign of weakness nor is it a sign of laziness. I have seen and heard many people out there saying division of labor is a sign of laziness, which is totally untrue. The end result of division of labor is to generate good and efficient result…

As we all know two heads are better than one and three heads are better than two, which means the more the hands we have to get a job done, the faster and easier the job gets done. Division of labor is a good practice in every work environment, allocating different brains to different tasks is the best way to get a job done efficiently and effectively, thereby expecting great results and experiencing an all round growth and improvement…

Together we conquer, divided we fall. When a man does a job meant for 5-10 men, the probability of him failing at the job is very high and his success rate very low. He or she might not be able to meet up with deadlines, which will have a huge effect on the company and its future…

Imagine having 10 men on that particular job, each person allocated to a particular job, this will not only get the job done faster, but also make it easier and safer for everyone involved, thereby increasing the productivity and overall output of the workforce…

There’s power in oneness, there’s value in togetherness and there’s growth in cooperation. Division of labor makes work easier, faster and less stressful for the workers involved, which is why it’s an healthy practice…

In summary, division of labor enhances productivity and creativity in a healthy work environment. Let us use this as an opportunity to inculcate the habit of dividing labor and practice division of labor…

In conclusion, two heads are better than one and three heads are better than two, especially on a job involving more hands and different brains…
