Presently motherhood has shaped my needs into what's best for my kids and my kids are my priority.

I know everyone has that special and favorite season and it differs from person to person,our choices makes us unique.

As a young girl i would have preferred winter, because i usually enjoyed the cold air right from when i was much younger,the cold air went so well with my hot cup of tea,it was always so beautiful to be in bed with my blanket watching movies and listening to good music and the feelings was awesome.

But i am a mom now and motherhood comes with a lot of responsibilities,and summer season is my favorite season
because of the warm weather,it makes my work as a mom much easier compare to other seasons.

My kids health: In my country Nigeria,its called the dry season or hot weather.
During the dry weather it's always difficult for kids to fall sick,my kids are always in their most healthy state during dry season,as a mom I won't have to worry about if they are going to catch a flu that comes with running nose and high fever and lot more.

Also,mosquitoes are hard to eradicate in my country and it causes malaria sickness
rainy season provides a conducive environment for mosquitoes to breed hence it enhances their increase and causes alot of sicknesses and diseases.this season makes me more anxious of my children's health
But summer season gives me a great peace of mind concerning my children's health

My next reason is my laundry:
During summer (dry season) i enjoy doing laundry and of course it's one of the responsibility that cannot be overlooked as a mom.
There are always alot of dirty clothes to wash
and they dry faster during summer because of sunlight .
And there's this amazing feelings i have when my clothes are dried through the natural process of sunlight without using electrical machine to dry them.

Freedom to play: during summer (dry season) my kids are always free to go outside and play
It is always a good time for them to ride their bikes Without worries or fear of them falling sick.

In addition, summer season creates room for events, parties and celebrations,in my country, alot of people fix their events or marriage ceremonies during dry season.
It makes outing and party with my kids more fun.
