Yeah totally, many people laugh at me I go to bed at 10pm, it's very early for adults but because of work I usually get up between 5 and 6am, sleep is very important for both mental and physical health 🙂

That is indeed a good habit, i am also trying to adopt this habit. I think I have to wait for a few more month. I used to read in my childhood days early to bed and early in the morning make a man healthy, wealthy and wise . And now that seems to be so true. You are doing great.
