When I am gone, will you remember me?
Greetings to all the readers here,
We all live our lives and go through different phases, from childhood to old age, and one day we leave this world. And one of the questions that often comes to our mind is, what will happen once we are gone?
Will people remember us by the good things? Will they remember us for the bad things? Or will they even remember us? Now, you do not have to be a famous person to be remembered because it is not important to be remembered by so many people. Even if you are remembered by a single person, it means you have done something in your life.
Like my grandmother, who died in 2020, but people still remember her for her good behavior, her kindness and her helpful nature. And she was not famous, but still people talk about her and I feel so proud to be her grandson. I do wish that she was alive, she was with me, but that is part of life and we all have to leave this world one day.
So when I ask myself if I want to be remembered after I am gone, the answer is yes. I want to be remembered and I want to be remembered as a good person, a person who is known for good values, a person who is known for helping others, a person who probably has no bad things in him.
That is how I want to be remembered after I am gone and for now I am alive and I am living this life so I want to work towards achieving that thing so that once I am gone that is going to happen with me.
I am not an influencer. I am not a person who has a big following and because we are coming from a middle class family, probably the people who will remember us will be the people of the family or relatives and to be good in their eyes is something I want to do. I know most of them are having evil eyes on each other. But I do not want to be like them. I want to spread love. I want to give them good wishes. And I want to live my life the way God wants to.
I think I have not done anything great yet. But still, I can say there are few people who will remember me if I am gone today. And that is something I want. I know there are very few people, but I am happy. And I wish I will be able to have a positive impact on more people. And maybe they will remember me for the good things. They will pray for me, they will give me good wishes once I am gone. And also, till I am here.
