Hive: Still Here, Still Stacking.

(edited)

I kinda love this topic as it is one a lot, or let's say it is something all hive user will face and have to make a choice on. And the decision made by us( hive users) says a lot about how we see this platform. At least that is how it is to me.

Even though I know I've not been that faithful like that, I will definitely prefer powering up. And like I said earlier, I know I've not been that faithful just like some others too, and I understand better, considering how life is treating a lot of us, we most times just withdraw to sort things out. Bills piling up, illness to manage, and a whole lot more. So, I ain't judging anyone who's decide to cash out at all, I've been there before too, and I understand how oen can quickly withdraw it to sort out some related life needs.

Now, talking about my mindset, to me hive is something I really want to build, and the mindset is a long-term one, can't say for how long, but it's definitely not short-term in any way, cause what I'm looking forward to on hive is not small at all. So, powering up will go a long way in helping me achieve that, it's just like planting a seed that will with time began to sprout up Little by little and grow. Because I really want my influence to increase, I want my presence here to matter, and my vote to carry weight.

Recently, I've come across a lot of people who are powering down, I don't know why, but same way I've also been seeing a lot of people as well powering up and staying more rooted. So, we still have people who believe in the future of hive and are aiming at growing. And that is exactly the category I fall in too.

Some may argue that it might not be that easy, maybe considering what's happening at the moment and the price of hive that has given down and all of that, even still, I trust that it will be worth it, obviously, it might not be immediately, but it definitely will be worth it tomorrow.

And in all honesty, even though I don't have much there, I'm still at times tempted to power down and just use it to sort some things, but I've always held myselfback, I keep reminding myself of how I started and why I started. So, it has always been 50/50 for me. The first goes to powering up while the other is liquid. And I've never powered down that part meant for powering up, which I'm definitely not even thinking about. Eve though I've had few times where the whole 100% is powered up... it's rare.

So, that's it for me....grow(plant 50%) now, and enjoy later.
