Companionship Over Everything.

Huhm, this is a very deep one. But honestly, if I had a choice I would choose to be in a relationship.

Everything is a matter of choice, some prefer being single, they want their space, they enjoy the freedom that comes with it, and most especially that love that they could do anything and make whatever decisions they like without having to consider the other person. And honestly, there's nothing wrong with it, it's their choice, we can't all be the same. So it is understandable.

But for me, I would still choose to be in a relationship. Even though I've had to go through various experiences, heartbreaks, and all in relationships, still I believe so much in love and companionship. I've learnt to not allow my experiences make me become bitter, but better. I have trusted the wrong people, I have invested my time, I have spent my money, I have sacrificed a lot in relationships that at the end of the day, it didn't end they I thought. And often times, it left me thinking if love was really worth it.

Even still, I believe in it.

To me, there's just something unique and special about having a partner, you know.... Like there's someone who actually loves you, check in on you, genuinely cares for you, considers you, listens to you, understands you, stand by you in anything... Someone who reminds you that you do not have to face life and what it throws at you alone.

One of the best gifts life has to offer is companionship. I personally love the idea of a companion, of a relationship. There are times that the world can be overwhelming and all, but a good partner can make the weight/burdens feel me lighter.

So, if I had a choice, I would choose a healthy and loving relationship over being single. It's a matter of choice, and that is mine. It's not as if I can't live my life, but I just love companionship, I love to have a partner, someone I can call "mine" and vice versa.
