Sometimes we get confused in life about the situation we are in. That is something I am going through right now.

I am unable to focus properly on what I do because of a lot of mental distraction.

It is not about smartphones it is about the mental pressure I am experiencing. Certain life situations sometimes create this kind of mental distraction.

I do not fully know how to deal with it, but I think writing things down is one way to feel lighter at heart.

So I am trying to ease my pain by expressing it here. I hope anyone reading this can share their experience about how they manage mental distraction, because it is something that is bothering me a lot.

I think about my son because he is growing up. Then I think about my financial situation as well.

Sometimes I think about my father, who is going to retire in a few years, and I want to help and support him.

When all these thoughts come together, they create mental tension and distraction in my life.

This distraction is not in the sense that I stop doing important things. Rather, it is that I am unable to do them with my best possible effort.

For example, if I want to create a calligraphy artwork, I take much longer because I feel mentally distracted and unable to deliver what I truly want to deliver.

The same happens with other tasks, whether it is cooking or doing household chores. I do not leave them unfinished, but I feel I complete them more slowly because of this mental distraction.

Below is my terracore profile where we have 5 attacks and some scraps mined and we don't have red marks today as we upgraded yesterday.

The scraps won from attacks can be seen below. We did not won good in numbers as you can see already.

That is all I did in terracore profile today.

GOLEM OVERLORD

In my golem overlord profile we were there on time and we can still see shards ready to be claimed.

I used 20 attacks today and the results can be seen, we won very little but the results were better compared to before.
