So the contest is about how we do we stay focus in the world full of distractions. It is a good question and I am going to be honest while answering it.

I am a mother and a wife and I take care of the entire house and it is a big responsibility. I like doing a lot of things like Calligraphy, reading, etc.

Obviously I can not give time to all of them but even giving time to few of the hobbies or things I like is a big struggle for me for most of the time.

I started learning Calligraphy last year as that is what I always wanted to do and for that I attend regular classes and do self practice as well.

before I started this course I was all busy with all my day but still I managed to take some time out for my Calligraphy.

I cut my time on things I think was not important like watching web series and movies. I see less of them now compared to before.

Now I give an hour to my classes for learning Calligraphy and I also give 30-45 minutes at night before going to bed to practice the thing.

I know my son do not leave me alone easily so I have to make sure to see what he needs before I attend my classes.

Thanks to my husband who supports me and take care of him for most of the time when I want to take my class or practice at night.

In short the thing is that I am able to stay focused by taking clear decisions in my life on what I need to do and what I have to leave behind.

That is very important for anyone who wants to stay focus in whatever they are doing in life.

Make sure you are able to leave the unwanted things behind and give time to what you really love.

This is how I approach and I know many might have a better solution which they can share in comments with all of us.
