Hello everyone, how are we doing? For the past two weeks there hasn't been light and I realized how much I spend on my phone. Our phones are like a companion to us. I will say I spend most of my time on my mobile phone than I spend on laptop.

If I'm less busy, the next thing to do is to get clued to my phone. Either I'm scrolling or watching a movie or I'm reading people’s content.
Initially I was addicted to tik tok especially in my free time. I spend so much time on videos that aren't relevant to me so I have to minimize how much time I spend on tiktok. At some point I have to freeze the app and gradually I reduced the time and for some time now I haven't been to the app.
My most used apps changed due to what I do at a particular time. Whatsapp where I interact, communicate and post my business. It has served as a medium where I educate people especially on my status about their oral health and how to manage them.
I also get information from most of the groups I'm in. I can spend hours on YouTube too, recently it helps me to refresh my memory on helpful things. YouTube has videos in everything both educated content, entertainment and motivated content.
My second most used app will be Ecency and PeakD. I used the app to make my posts everyday and also read amazing posts of people. Interact with people, learn and network.
My third most used app will be my capcut and canva. I make amazing designs with them, especially with canvas and videos for my business using capcut.
Lastly will be chatgpt. I used the app most often and it's been helpful in attending to my questions. Most times when I'm stuck in my research and sometimes can't find what I'm looking for on YouTube. It's an app I run to for assistance especially in recommendation for deep research too.
Chat gpt will be my next bus stop. It's been helpful in answering my questions or most times whenever I get confused at some point.
