Celebrating Love: A Bridal Shower Experience

Let's say the next few days are going to be very unpredictable for me. I'm not sure I have attended a full wedding before. You know the ones you have to be present from the bridal shower, to traditional marriage, down to the wedding day when all the nuptials bliss will be shared. I might have missed the part where my girlfriend had to visit the courthouse for the signatory, but I am currently present for the bridal shower.

I am wondering if it will be fun or boring, I am hoping it won't be the last part but the first. However, a lot of things are going on as I type. A lot of people have traveled far and wide to attend and I am watching them get ready for the bridal shower. Lord knows I am prepared for every story that I can pick up from here. I have a lot of time to spend around almost everyone so I can hear as many stories as I can pick and share with you.

Don't worry, more pictures might come, or they might not. Either way, even though I don't share them soon, I know Hive will definitely give me something to help me dig up those old images and share them. In the end, the pictures will end up in the blockchain.

For now, know that I am already eating the sweet and chewing gums meant for the shower, and my teeth will somehow have to pay for it once she's ready.

As it stands, a lot of gist is flowing here. A lot of these ladies mostly borrowed to have their dresses done. Some of them are still owing their dressmakers, their hairdressers, the shoes vendor, including the bags.

Even though they are complaining about how much it costs to get these things, you will wonder if someone forced them to make the purchases. I know that they are mostly spilling how much it costs to have these things done so that every other person around here would feel bad about not being able to afford them too.

So, it's mostly about expressing how much they bought or paid for their accessories, that way the rest of the people who might not know the lengths they went to afford them will be impressed by the fact that they are in money.

It's crazy to think they are doing all of this for something that's only lasting for three days. But how crazy we are as ladies to always try to look our best and spite our fellow girls as we dress up in beautiful and fashionable outfits.

And we will always go to great lengths to get this done even though it means biting more than we can chew.

I bet I'll have more stuff to talk about as a result of this wedding. It's going to probably set a pace for when I am ready to walk down the aisle. I'm I going to? I don't know. Right now, the most important thing is to celebrate my girlfriend's day with her and wish her a happy married life. Stay tuned for more.
