Some job is hard to replace

Money is very important for us, and we need money at every step of our lives. Some people say that money is nothing more than some paper, and I feel those people are ridiculous. They don’t understand the value of money; otherwise, they are not capable enough to make money. To earn money, one needs to make efforts, as money doesn’t come to us easily. We do jobs to earn money. But there is no guarantee that the job we do now will be available in the future. In the past day there were many jobs related to the physical world, but now those jobs are gone as machines have already taken their place. The job we are doing at the present time may not be available in 10 years. So, it’s necessary to be careful about selecting jobs.

Till now, I am not a job holder. I finished my post-graduation and am still searching for a suitable job. So, I can’t exactly say anything about my current job, but there is a job I am actually doing for temporary time it’s the job of a teacher. More specifically, I am a private tutor. So, will the teaching job is sustainable for the next 10 years? Education is the backbone of a nation, and people are trying to be educated as much as possible as it helps people unlock many possibilities in life. People are very much concerned about education, and it will be the same in the future.

As long as education has value, the teacher will not lose their job for sure. I know now we have AI that can assist us in our study, and it’s quite helpful, but still it’s not good enough to guide us fully. Teaching is not only about the information, but also about the techniques, and to understand the student, a teacher needs to be creative, as the psychology of students is not the same. AI can’t isolate the type of students easily. How the information is presented also matters for a student, and AI is still far from reaching the level of humans. After 10 years, I believe the teaching profession will also be available, as education is something that will stay.

In the present time a trend noticed that online teaching is getting popular over time. Till now, most of the people are against it, but due to certain facilities, it is bound to be more popular in the future. Even if the online education system becomes popular in the future, I will be able to take advantage of it because creating a YouTube channel and trying to teach students on YouTube is not so difficult, and in the future it will be quite easier for everyone, and based on my capability, I think that securing a position as a teacher will not be so difficult. So, I believe that in the future, I mean even after 10 years, the teaching profession will sustain. I can say it confidently.
