I love summer and I am always more comfortable during summer because I am allergic to cold.

During summer, my environment is dry and the air is fresher than in winter.
Although I love summer, the heat during this period is always intense, so if you don't take proper care of yourself, you will end up in the hospital.

Some of the things I do to reduce the effects of heat during summer are:

Staying hydrated all day: Mostly my business takes me outdoors, so I go along with my bottle of water, and if I exhaust the one with me, I can buy a bottle or two depending on the intensity of the weather.

Seeking shelter: When I am out in an open space and the sun is at its peak, I find shade, especially where there is enough breeze.
If I am in the office or my house, I turn on the air conditioning system or the fans.

Pouring cold water on my face towel and then placing it on my forehead This is another method that I apply, especially when I am outdoors for my business.
Pouring cold water on your head also helps to regulate body temperature and avoid heat stroke.

Dressing: I don't wear black fabrics at all; they tend to attract heat more than other colors.
I also wear lighter materials and short sleeves during intense heat.

Other things I do during summer:

Protect my skin from sun damage:
As I stay hydrated to prevent heat stroke, I also take care of my skin from damage by using:
A hat or face cap to protect my face,
Sunglasses to protect my eyes from the sun's rays. Applying sunscreen lotion on my exposed skin, and finally having a cool shower after a long day out.
