Watched IKKIS movie

This weekend I watched a movie called 'Ikkis' which actually means 21 number in English. This movie was released on 1st January 2026, but earlier it was scheduled to be released in October 2025; however, for some reason, its release was delayed. The movie has some stars who are popular, and Dharmendra is one of them. And the reason why I watched this movie because it is the last movie of actor Dharmendra. He passed away in late 2025, and since it is your last movie so I thought why shouldn't I watch it to see how he acted, because anyway it is his last movie. Undoubtedly, Dharmendra was a great actor, and I have watched many films. I knew that this was not a masala movie, but rather a patriotic movie, and it is a kind of movie based on a true story.

The story is not so exciting because much of the time it runs on flashbacks, but I must appreciate the acting done by the actors. The movie has some amazing actors, and they are known for their fantastic acting. So if you are someone who really acts a fantastic work in the movie, then you're going to like it, and for me it was an average movie that was not so boring, but at the same time it was also not so much entertaining.

I went there for an evening show, and even on the weekend, it was not very crowded, and I think only half of the hall was occupied, which means that people are not really very interested in the movie. I just went to the theatre to see if there were some good movies, and out of all this was the only better option, so I went for this, and it did not disappoint me, but at the same time I cannot compare it with another movie that I lost was which was Durandhar. Some movies are good for a one-time watch, and this is that kind of movie that you can watch only once, and for the second time, I don't think anybody would have the interest unless you are very interested in this kind of topic that the movie is based on.

Some of the good movies are coming out in the next few weeks, so maybe the next one I will wait for some time to see if they are good to watch or not. But hopefully the next weekend I'll not be going to the movie; rather, I will try to do something else over the weekend. It is winter season, so going outside is also not fun, but going to the theatre is good because, anyway, you are sitting inside and that place is cosy and comfortable.
