AI usage at workplace

From last few months my organisation has been pushing the uses of AI for various activities in operations and the intent behind these is to reduce the manual refers as much as possible. AI is highly advance technology and since it is evolved amazingly in last few years so it is capable of doing some task in very less time and if use properly this can also help us save a lot of time. I am not talking about the technical coding perspective because I am non technical person how he was the use of AI is really helpful for various day today activities where email writing and response is something that I use a lot everyday.

I have been using some of the applications like Google Gemini, chat GPT and meta AI for quite some time. The moon I try to figure out makes me feel like there is a lot which I still need to explore and it is a truth which I am happy to accept that my phone is much smarter than me when I use these applications and the speed of upgrade with these application is amazing which I just cannot meet being human.

At my workplace I have started using copilot which is a fantastic AI application developed by Microsoft and the utility of this application is amazing. Every email I received on my mailbox can be summarised by these tool in just one click and it also help me right reply for any mail and also I can draft new email if I give the contact to the bot. Let me tell you that it is very easy and help me save a lot of time.

There is a lot which can be done with AI and I'm trying to figure out more however since I am not approve in this so it is taking time but everyday I try to learn something and make my working style better. Time is money and because I am able to save time when I use AI applications so this way I am also saving money since I am more productive and I can do many other things on the time which I save because I don't need to spend a lot of time on the email writing responding to the emails and many other activities also. Now even I can create slide which is really amazing and I learnt it recently.
