It is divine that God handed the care of ourselves into our hands, aside from the fact that GOD shields and protects us from heaven, he purposely implore us to selfcare because cleanliness is next to godliness. I have subsequently influenced my younger ones on the importance of staying healthy and fit. It is a call to maintaining healthy living.

I seek healthy ways through which i can cope with stress, like meditating, taking a deep breath, can equally help drive away negative effects both my mental and physical health.

My overall well-being is really important to me, so therefore, i ensure to keep up with being well, this involves considering my physical, emotional, and mental health. It is just about feeling good both in my body and mind.
