Things That Kept Me Alive And Thriving On Hive Blockchain

Hello #indiaunited friends, I trust your day is going well. I welcome you to my blog.

Hive blockchain is one of a kind. I have joined several crypto platforms and have mined many coins. Each time, at some point, they would start making so many requests, especially when they claim it is about time for an airdrop. Such requests include reaching certain levels, paying gas fees, parting with some Tons, and KYC.

The requirements are so numerous that some miners will forfeit mined coins due to unmet requirements. Most of the time, such miners would have wasted data, time, and energy to reach that stage. Frequently, the participants will lose out even after meeting those requirements. What an Irony of life.

However, after being introduced and fully joining the Hive blockchain in June 2025, I learnt a lot, including.

1. Building relationships through the #waves, the Discord channels of different communities, and the chat window created on the Ecency platform.
2. Formatting my posts to look presentable.
3. Consistency and freedom to own and manage my space through constant engagement.
4. Improved writing and organic growing through curation, blogging, voting, and power-up
5. Contributing to the community contests and earning rewards from contests.

I would say the above five points kept me alive and thriving on the Hive blockchain. Most especially, the relationship I built across communities. Again, the support from the communities is something I am not taking for granted.

Some months ago, I had a strong reason to leave the blockchain when I was scammed of my resources. But the support I got from some personalities on Hive blockchain was overwhelming and surreal for me. It kept me going and thriving for the best.

Though I haven’t gotten to where I want to, I can say that I am continuously evolving, learning, unlearning, and becoming a better version of myself on the Hive blockchain.
