So last week when I left, I thought of repairing my bicycle and remembered the good thing that it did not cost much only ₹ 50 (INR), there was only one puncture and the other bicycle cost around ₹ 2000 (INR) We mostly spent on many things. Like fast food and many other things we do not think much about our health but we should think about it because no one is bigger than our health. If you do not have health then what is the use of that money?

There are a lot of things that you can do, even if you don't have a bicycle, you can jump rope, do some meditation, if you get up in the morning, there are many benefits of getting up in the morning, they already know that one, you have more. You get time, think if you wake up at 8:00 and you start getting up at 6:00, then what can't you do in 2 hours in the morning we have a very positive mindset, yes, this happens every day and sometimes. I don't feel like lifting it but still, if you want to achieve something then you will have to lose something. If you want to achieve then you should have the courage to lose also.
