Reasons for being here on Hive

This week's contest topic came at the right time, Kudos to the organisers. Now that hive value is discouraging and diminishing. Vote Curation are very poor unlike before, when authors are upvoted massively for posting their original creativity. Now here comes the question what keeps me here on hive and what kept me going till now after all these.

I have been discouraged some times to take some break or quite but one kept me going. To me its not just the reward that kept me here, there is more to it. Even though its motivating when you are being rewarded and curated for your posts and what you love doing. Yes before now my writing skill is very poor and I always shy away from engaging with people but ever since I joined hive am improving, each day, I learn new things from good authors. I have every freedom to express myself by writing and use my photos without being judged or bullied.

I have also connected with some like minded friends here that I can't avoid to miss chatting and engaging with them. Each time I felt discouraged, we encourage ourselves, if there's difficult challenges we come togther, find solution to it and also share new ideas that will help us grow together on hive. When ever am bored once I login to hive and engage with one or two contents or engage with some hangouts discussion or topics like that of @sams.hamgout and participate on some community contest i feel revived and alive.

Honestly speaking Hive it's not just a platform, it's more than that. It has a way getting under my skin, there's this personal and special vibes that comes with it, that gives me a sense of belonging to a big family. Like I said earlier its not just the reward that still kept me here rather its the friends i have already made here, my favourite authors that don't know am following them like flies, am always crazy and craving for me to be notified each time they made a content and how I run to their blog to enjoy, read and get some knowledge on their posts. Also having the privilege to express myself, life journey in photos and writing without being judged and the same trying everything possible to grow myself with others and also to grow hive, all are the reason why am still in hive till today and hopefully one day hive will rise and shine again, even beyond our imagination.
