Despite AI and technology: my job will still exist in future.

GREETINGS MY LOVELY FRIEND.

The speedy progression of technology has made me think that some professional work might not still be in existence in the future to come. As a healthcare personal in a pharmacy, out of curiosity I sometimes think if my job will still be useful or will be in existence in ten years time to come, because of the advancement in artificial intelligence AI and technology, they are gradually replacing the healthcare industry, I solidly believe that my job as a healthcare personal, my job will still be in existence, even though there might be some significant changes.

Today, healthcare personal or pharmacy assistant don't only help in dispensing medication, they also help in advising, checkup and direct the patient on how to use the medication and know the health conditions of the patient if there is any improvement while they take their medication and treatment. They as well help the pharmacist, nurses and other healthcare professonals to make sure the patient is well taken care of and the same time safe. All these responsibilities requires more knowledge, insight, compassion, good communication and professional judgemental qualities that technology or AI cannot fully substitute.

In future, technology might automatically take over some of health care personal responsibilities. There might be an automatic dispensing machines and electronic prescriptions and these might cause healthcare personnel to specialise mainly on patient service. As well in decades to come, health care personal might specialise even more in health care education, clinical care and other ways to prevent diseases.

As technology advances, it will be of necessity that health care personal adjust and live to the standard of technology, they should acquire more knowledge on digital health tools, healthcare technologies, services and skills inorder to adapt in future. Learning professional development will help them to be relevant in this rapid technology raising world.

Wholeheartedly, am rest assured that in next ten years to come healthcare personal and pharmacy assistant will still be invoke and will still be in existence, but I know there might be some changes because of technology and the same time technology cannot entirely replace or erase healthcare personal tasks.
