Assalamu Alaikum!
Yesterday morning, my day started with an unexpected problem. When I reached the shop at around 9:30 AM, I found that one of the shop shutters was stuck. I asked my worker why he had not opened the shop yet. He told me that the shutter was not opening, but he had not informed me about the problem or arranged for it to be fixed.

I told him that he should have at least called me. After that, I called a shutter repairman and got the problem fixed. It was around 12 PM by the time the shutter was finally working, and I could breathe a sigh of relief.
After that, I took a bath and got ready for prayer. I offered my prayer and then went to drop the children at their madrasa, as their holidays had come to an end.
I also had some important banking work to take care of, which took quite a lot of time. After completing everything, I brought the children back home and went straight to the shop. By then, it was already time for Asr prayer, so I offered my prayer and continued with my routine.
Alhamdulillah! I always try to make Quran recitation a regular part of my daily life. However, life is full of responsibilities and busy moments, and sometimes it becomes difficult to find time even for something so important.
I pray that Allah Almighty always keeps us connected to the Holy Quran and gives us the ability to make its recitation a permanent part of our lives. I spent some peaceful time reciting the Quran, and afterward, my heart felt a special kind of peace and comfort.
As evening approached, my friends Raza Bhai and Abbas Bhai came to the shop, as they usually do. We had a good conversation about business and shared some useful advice and ideas.
When it was time to close the shop, the three of us decided to go out for dinner. We also started our fish-eating season with a delicious meal of fish!

A few days ago, we had also agreed that we should avoid outside fast food as much as possible and take better care of our health. It felt good to enjoy a meal together while keeping that commitment in mind.
By the time we finished dinner, it was already around 12:30 AM. On my way home, I planned to complete all my evening tasks and then go to sleep. Unfortunately, the banking system was already offline, so I could not finish my accounts.
I decided to leave the remaining work for the next morning, when I could complete everything peacefully.
Despite the unexpected problems and a busy schedule, the day ended with good company, a delicious meal, and some peaceful moments with the Holy Quran.
Alhamdulillah for all the blessings of life. May Allah make our daily responsibilities easier and keep us connected to our faith, our friends, and our loved ones. Ameen!
