(ENG/DEU) NEWS: A New Chapter for CryptoCompany: Passing the Torch to New Leadership

Friends and community! Supporters and followers! I have great news for you and I want to share it here.

Preface:

I am aware that the news presented here may raise a few questions. I will try to answer some of them—without overloading this article. If you have questions that are not answered here, you are invited to ask them in the comments, or if you prefer privately, via Discord (username: powerpaul).

Personal aspects concerning me, PowerPaul, will only be touched on briefly, and only to the extent necessary or appropriate. This is not meant to be a personal article, but an informative one.

Let’s move on to the actual content.

CryptoCompany is currently in the process of transferring ownership and management to a new holder

Why?

My word has always been and remains: I will do whatever is best for CryptoCompany. With the loss of my team, it became increasingly clear that I alone was not able to realize the full potential of CryptoCompany.

Several attempts to expand the team actively did not succeed. My approach of investing all my available time into CryptoCompany made me physically and mentally ill and ultimately led to me being less and less able to take care of it. The reduction of CCD emissions, as foreseen, helped CCD but also took away the funding of my working time. As a result, I currently need to pursue other sources of income—something that does not increase my positive impact on CryptoCompany.

Simply put, I can no longer afford—neither in terms of time nor health—to work on CryptoCompany at the level necessary to keep my promise of "bringing the best to CryptoCompany."

What’s next?

We are currently in the transition phase, where access and information are being transferred.

I will remain involved for a certain time to support the transition process, but starting next week, I will no longer appear as the spokesperson or head of CryptoCompany. The transition will continue over the next few weeks until everything is fully transferred. After that, I would be able to participate and will remain involved in the project for the foreseeable future. However, only as part of it and not as the main person responsible.

The goal and perspective of the new administration is to optimize existing processes and then, as quickly as possible, integrate new functions and features. The new administration recognizes the value behind the label and mission of CryptoCompany and will continue and expand on the company’s endeavors.

Who is the new administration?

For now, it has been agreed to keep this confidential. The new owner is aware of the responsibility and wishes to avoid this pressure for the time being. In a private conversation, I was already asked who it is. What I can and want to say is this:

I can vouch that this is an experienced Hivian of vital age who has already demonstrated strength and knowledge of the Hive blockchain in many areas. As always: I would never do anything that is not good for CryptoCompany. I would not hand over our CryptoCompany—and ultimately my baby—to someone who would handle it carelessly or questionably.

The change of ownership and administration is meant to prevent an uncertain future. If I were not sure this step would be positive, I would not do it. I am confident that the outlook for CryptoCompany and its community under new leadership is brighter than what I could achieve in the short and medium term.

One more question I want to answer:

Will anything be shut down?

No. Of course, I, PowerPaul, cannot speak for a span of 5 or 10 years. However, there is agreement that no services, such as the HSBI Generator, will be discontinued at this time. This was important to me, and the new leadership also considers discontinuing services at this point counterproductive.

On the contrary: both my intention and that of the new leadership is to expand CryptoCompany after the transition and gradually build it up with valuable new offerings.

A final personal word:

First of all, I want to say thank you. From the heart. For everything. CryptoCompany could only grow and survive until today because of your support. Your support in any form—acceptance, integration, votes, delegations, comments—was my fuel. For this, I want to say thank you.

Of course, the change presented here also brings a certain heaviness to me. On the other hand, and this outweighs it, I am glad for this change. I must accept that I cannot bring CryptoCompany to where it belongs. The prospect of experiencing CryptoCompany with new, experienced energy brings me joy. This is a much better outlook than continuing to ruin myself physically and financially, and in the process also bringing down CryptoCompany.

This week, I will still write for CryptoCompany and reply to comments, for example the upcoming Friday’s Favor article. If there are any comments addressed to me personally after that, I will of course respond as well. But after that, I will step back from public communication for now.

No matter how hard the times have been for me, interacting with you has always been a joy. Many relationships have developed from this that I do not want to miss. It would be a pleasure for me to see you here and there under one of my private posts. Maybe I will even find time to read some of your articles. ;-)

Either way: my thanks go to you! And together, we can now look forward to a better and healthier future. Not just for me. Especially for CryptoCompany, for you, and for everyone participating in it. Because this is the goal of CryptoCompany and of the change announced here.

Change is sometimes perceived as sad. And yes, I will miss you all a little. It has been a wonderful time with you! But I am sure that CryptoCompany and you, as part of the community, are now heading toward a better future.

Change may sometimes feel sad, but we can also embrace it with joy. Here’s to a better future! And that’s where we will meet again. Until then!

Freunde und Gemeinschaft! Unterstützer und Folgende! Ich habe großartige Neuigkeiten für euch und möchte sie hiermit kundtun.

Vorwort:

Mir ist bewusst, dass die hier präsentierte Neuigkeit ein paar Fragen aufwerfen wird. Diese werde ich versuchen ansatzweise zu beantworten - ohne jedoch den Artikel absolut zu überladen. Solltest du Fragen haben, die in diesem Artikel nicht beantwortet sind, bist du eingeladen, deine Fragen in den Kommentaren oder, falls du dies lieber privat machen möchtest, mir per Discord (Benutzername powerpaul) zu stellen.

Persönliche Aspekte, die mich, PowerPaul, betreffen, werde ich hier nur anschneiden und nur in einem solchen Ausmaß ausführen, wie es notwendig oder angebracht ist. Dies soll kein persönlicher Artikel sein, sondern ein informeller Artikel.

Kommen wir zum eigentlichen Inhalt.

CryptoCompany ist aktuell im Prozess, die Eigentümerschaft und die Verwaltung an einen neuen Inhaber zu übergeben

Warum?

Mein Wort galt und gilt; ich habe es stets wiederholt: ich werde jenes tun, um das Bestmögliche für CryptoCompany zu tun. Durch den Wegbruch meines Teams hat sich in folgender Zeit mehr und mehr gezeigt, dass ich alleine nicht fähig war, das Potenzial von CryptoCompany in dem Maße zu beleben, wie es vorhanden wäre.

Mehrere Versuche das Team tatkräftig zu erweitern, haben nicht funktioniert. Mein Ansatz, alle verfügbare Zeit in CryptoCompany zu investieren hat mich körperlich und psychisch krank gemacht und letztlich dazu geführt, dass ich mich immer weniger und weniger um CryptoCompany kümmern kann. Die Reduzierung der CCD Emission hat, wie vorhergesehen, zwar dem CCD geholfen, mir aber auch die Finanzierung meiner Arbeitszeit entzogen. Folglich muss ich aktuell anderen Einkommensquellen nachgehen. Ein Umstand, der meine positive Wirkung für CryptoCompany nicht vergrößert.

Ich kann mir es schlicht zeitlich und gesundheitlich nicht länger leisten, in einem Maße an CryptoCompany zu arbeiten, wie es notwendig wäre, um mein Versprechen zu halten, "CryptoCompany das Beste zukommen zu lassen".

Wie geht es weiter?

Aktuell sind wir in der Umzugsphase, in welcher Zugänge und Informationen übertragen werden.

Ich bin noch eine gewisse Zeit bei CryptoCompany involviert, um den Umzugsprozess zu unterstützen, werde aber ab kommender Woche nicht länger als Sprecher oder Kopf von CryptoCompany auftreten. Der Umzug wird sich über die nächsten Wochen hinziehen, bis wirklich alles transferiert ist. Danach wäre mir eine Mitwirkung möglich und ich werde dem Projekt auf absehbare Zeit noch erhalten bleiben. Jedoch nur als Teil dessen und nicht als Hauptverantwortlicher.

Das Ziel und die Perspektive der neuen Administration ist es, vorhandene Prozesse zu optimieren und folglich, möglichst schnell, neue Funktionen und Aspekte zu integrieren. Die neue Administration erkennt den Wert hinter dem Label und dem Vorhaben von CryptoCompany und wird die Vorhaben der Unternehmung fortführen und ausbauen.

Wer ist die neue Administration?

Darüber wurde aktuelles Stillschweigen vereinbart. Dem neuen Besitzer ist die Last bewusst und möchte diesen Druck aktuell vermeiden. In einer privaten Unterhaltung wurde ich bereits gefragt, wer dies ist. Was ich sagen kann und will:

Ich kann dafür einstehen, dass dies ein erfahrener Hivian in vitalem Alter ist, welcher bereits an vielen Stellen seine Tatkraft und sein Wissen um die Hive Blockchain demonstriert hat. Auch hier gilt: ich würde nichts tun, was nicht gut für CryptoCompany wäre. Ich würde unser aller CryptoCompany und letztlich mein Baby, nicht an jemanden geben, der leichtfertig oder zweifelhaft mit CryptoCompany umgehen würde.

Der Wechsel des Besitzers bzw. der Administration soll einer ungewissen Zukunft vorbeugen. Wäre ich mir nicht sicher, dass der aktuelle Schritt positiv sein wird, würde ich dies nicht tun. Ich bin mir sicher, dass die Perspektive für CryptoCompany und die Gemeinschaft rundherum mit der neuen Führung besser aussieht, als ich dies kurz- und mittelfristig leisten kann.

Eine Frage, welche ich noch beantworten möchte:

Wird jetzt irgendwas eingestampft?

Nein. Ich, PowerPaul, kann jetzt natürlich nicht über einen Zeitraum von 5 der 10 Jahren sprechen. Übereinstimmung herrscht jedoch darüber, das aktuell keine Services, wie zum Beispiel der HSBI Generator, eingestellt werden. Dies war mir wichtig und auch die neue Führung würde eine Einstellung irgendwelcher Services zum aktuellen Zeitpunkt als kontraproduktiv erachten.

Im Gegenteil: mein Wille und der Wille der neuen Führung ist es, CryptoCompany nach dem Umzug zu erweitern und nach und nach mit werthaltigen Angeboten weiter auszubauen.

Zum Schluss noch ein persönliches Wort:

Vor Allem möchte ich mich bedanken. Von Herzen. Für Alles. CryptoCompany konnte nur deswegen wachsen und hat sich nur bis heute erhalten, weil es von dir unterstützt wurde. Deine Unterstützung in jeglicher Form, sei es in Form von Akzeptanz, Integration, Votes, Delegationen, Kommentaren... Dies war mein Treibstoff. Dafür möchte ich danke sagen.

Die hier präsentierte Veränderung erzeugt natürlich auch etwas Schwere in mir. Auf der anderen Seite, und dies überwiegt, bin ich froh um diese Veränderung. Das ich CryptoCompany nicht dorthin bringen kann wo es hingehört, muss ich akzeptieren. Die Aussicht, CryptoCompany nun mit neuer, erfahrener Tatkraft erleben zu dürfen, gibt mir aber Freude. Dies ist eine wesentlich bessere Perspektive, als mich körperlich und finanziell weiter zu ruinieren und damit auch CryptoCompany zu Fall zu bringen.

Diese Woche werde ich noch für CryptoCompany schreiben und Kommentare beantworten, zum Beispiel den kommenden Artikel für den Friday's Favor. Sollte es danach noch Kommentare an mich persönlich gerichtet geben, werde ich natürlich auch diese beantworten. Danach bin ich jedoch aus der öffentlichen Kommunikation erstmal raus.

Egal wie hart die Zeiten für mich auch waren, war mir die Interaktion mit dir und euch immer eine Freude. Daraus haben sich viele Beziehungen entwickelt, die ich nicht missen möchte. Es wäre mir eine Freude, euch hier und da unter einem meiner privaten Postings lesen zu dürfen. Eventuell finde ich ja sogar Zeit, auch mal eure Artikel zu lesen. ;-)

Egal wie: mein Dank gilt dir! Und gemeinsam können wir uns nun auf eine bessere und gesündere Zukunft freuen. Nicht nur für mich. Insbesondere für CryptoCompany, für dich und alle Teilnehmer daran. Denn dies ist das Ziel von CryptoCompany und der hier verkündeten Veränderung.

Eine Veränderung wird manchmal als traurig wahrgenommen. Und ja, ich werde euch alle ein bisschen vermissen. Es war eine tolle Zeit mit euch! Ich bin mir aber sicher, das CryptoCompany und du als Teil der Gemeinschaft nun auf eine bessere Zukunft zusteuern.

Eine Veränderung wird manchmal als traurig wahrgenommen, doch wir können Freude haben. Ein Hoch auf eine bessere Zukunft! Und dort sehen wir uns dann wieder. Bis dahin!
