Sleep plays a very important role in keeping the human body fresh and healthy. Especially in our daily lives, we consume different types of food to survive. Just as we need to consume oxygen and water every day in addition to eating food, similarly, if we want to live well, our human life needs to sleep a lot.
If a person wants to live properly and live well in society, he must sleep enough. There is no alternative to sleep in the world. Through sleep, fatigue in our body is removed. That is the fatigue that comes to our body as a result of working is easily removed only through sleep. Through working, our body easily becomes tired and lazy. If we do not sleep for some time in between work, then all our fatigue will be removed and a complete attitude towards work will be created again. So, to live well constantly, we need sleep.
But nothing in excess is good. We have a very good sleep schedule according to our age. A normal adult person can sleep for a minimum of 7 to 8 hours a day. If they want, they can sleep more. However, if an adult sleeps less than 6 hours a day, then there is a possibility of serious and complex diseases including cancer in his body. In that case, the matter becomes very complicated for us.
So, an adult should sleep for a minimum of 6 hours every day, and this is mandatory. If an adult does not sleep for a minimum of 6 hours every day, then his body's immunity will decrease. Common viruses will attack him and there is a possibility of major diseases from common diseases. In that case, we should, above all, eat food in moderation drink water regularly and also need sleep. If we do not sleep enough, our body will easily become weak and we will lose ourselves mentally. To increase immunity and maintain our health, an adult should sleep for a minimum of 6 to 8 hours.
How many hours of sleep do children need?
Basically, people's sleep needs can vary depending on their age. From newborns to a minimum of 2 years, they are called newborns. A newborn child who is 0-2 years old has a slightly longer sleep time. A newborn child needs about 15 to 18 hours of sleep. Because the immune system of a newborn child needs to increase a lot. This is given by the Creator and it is natural for a newborn child to sleep at least 15 to 18 hours.
Moreover, all children who are above three to seven years old will sleep at least 10 to 15 hours every day. With 15 hours of sleep, their body will be more refreshed and they will be lively. The ability to work will be restored and a child must sleep 15 hours every day.
Above all, their sleep time can be well determined from the age of 7 to 15. An 8 to 15-year-old should sleep an average of 8 to 10 hours every day. Sleeping less than this can cause various problems in their body and can cause fatigue and weakness in the body.
Sleep is an important chapter for our body. Just like we eat food in our daily life, we need sleep. If we do not sleep enough according to time and age, it will have a very bad effect on our bodies. If we want to complete the activities of the whole day properly, we must need mental comfort and mental strength. So above all, we should sleep according to time.
