
Our human body constantly circulates blood. Through blood circulation, our body stays fit and we can move. Basically, there are small veins like wires all over our body. Blood goes up and down through the veins. Blood constantly enters the heart and thus our blood circulation continues.
If there is no blood circulation, we have symptoms of heart attack. However, we humans make some mistakes and due to all those mistakes, our heart problems arise. Moreover, when blood circulation in the body stops, we die of shock.
If we want to keep our body's blood circulation good, then we have to take effective steps for ourselves. Especially, we have to reduce the use of soybean oil in cooking and above all, we have to eliminate lazy living. Excess soybean oil in cooking creates fat inside the veins in our body. When fat is formed inside the veins, blood circulation is obstructed. And when the same activity continues day after day, we can have heart attack problems.

The entire human life is made up of hundreds of kilometers of blood. Blood is constantly flowing through each vein. As long as this blood flow continues, we will survive on this earth. Whenever the blood circulation stops, we will die and our life will end there. Therefore, we have to take several effective steps to keep the blood circulation of the body good.
Especially, we have to do physical exercise at least three days a week.
Instead of soybean oil used in cooking, healthy oil should be used. Sunflower or rice flower oil can be used for this.
We have to eliminate laziness. We have to work hard and lead our life.
Every morning after waking up, we have to eat garlic and antioxidant foods. For this, garlic and ginger play a very important role.

Every organ in human life is very expensive. And one of the most expensive is the heart. If a person has a heart attack once, his chances of survival are reduced by fifty percent. Although the doctor can save the patient, if the heart attack happens again later, the chances of survival are only 30%.
So we need to change our eating habits and live a healthy life. We need to do sports, exercise and work hard so that the body has good blood circulation all the time. We need to keep a lazy life away and eat ginger-like foods.
