It has something to do with genetic mutations and how you could actually transfer the genes of a psychopath to another person to make them a psychopath too

It sounds weird but I know some people will want to have the genes of psychopaths. 😂
It relates in the sense that legalizing or allowing human gene editing would make this possible and right
