I try to make habits a bit more flexible and adaptable. For the most part, sticking to habits, especially beneficial ones, is a really great way to think less and just do more, moving the needle forward. But getting fixated on them may stagnant growth in the long term.
Well said! It is indeed like that! If we focus "too much" on habits, we can stop growth... It looks like we have to search for the right balance!
