TOXIC OR CONDUCIVE

It's one thing to be working in a company or organization and it is another thing to be working in a conducive and not toxic environment. I remember clearly the first radio station I worked with, it was not easy with advances coming from all corners that the air at work became stuffy and choking. It was basically hell for me, they have done their good part I will not dispute that fact because they really tried for me in terms of accomodation and I did not take that for granted, I would always say but they made life easy for me in the aspect of accomodation.

One time I had issues with the head anchor, it all happened that this guy is asking me out and I refused and then he picked up a quarrel with me that got me suspended and one of my shows scrapped out, I felt bad and cried for days and all these happened after he has manhandled me and almost injured my waist and spine, but it all ended up in you're an intern and he's a staff. When I resumed after my suspension was over, what I do is I come I work and I go back to my house immediately I sign out, no more smiling or pleasantries. He came around again with this same "I want you to be my girlfriend" bullshit and I shunned him and he said something that got me scared but my expression did not change. He said " what if I throw you down this staircase" I immediately excused myself and went home.
I have stopped working there for the sake of my life and mental health, that is why I said that,
"It's one thing to be working in an organization and it's another thing for the place to be conducive and not toxic"
