Let's talk music and play ( day 14 Contest )

In 1966, R&B and rock 'n' roll fans began enjoying Wilson Pickett's immortal single "1,000 Dance Country." That same year, the song entered the hit parade. But this is optional, so be careful! We have to recognize that although it is a version, it is the final version, the most listened to and the most danced to. Therefore, we should celebrate this song on International Dance Day. The funniest part of this song is that it has fun tracks behind it. Because the original song doesn't have the famous line "naaa, nananaaaaa, nananaaaaa, nanana, nananaaaaa, nananaanaaaaa." The original version of "Land of a Thousand Dances" was written by New Orleans R&B artist Chris Kenner.

Later, this song quickly became popular with groups who played in bars and sang "Nana" instead of the lyrics. In 1966, Wilson Pickett added his touch and his powerful voice to this song. Pickett's single reached number 76 on the US charts. It then topped the R&B charts for a week. Enjoy this performance by Wilson Pickett. Because it deserves it! beautiful!
