Hiking in Vienna (Rusty Padlock)
Ein Pärchen hat wahrscheinlich vor langer Zeit dieses Vorhängeschloss angehängt. Mittlerweile ist es ein bisschen gerostet. Erinnert mich an das Sprichwort, alte Liebe rostet nicht.
Habt ihr auch Brücken oder ähnliche Plätze, wo Pärchen ein Schloss anhängen? Hat das schon mal jemand selber getan?

A couple probably attached this padlock a long time ago. In the meantime, it has rusted noticeably. Reminds me of the saying, old love never rusts.
Do you also have bridges or similar places where couples hang a padlock? Has anyone ever done this themselves?

Bei uns in Salzburg ist dass der Wilhelm kaufmann steg neben dem Hanuschplatz. Die brücke ist voll mit schlössern 😁

In my culture people don't do this thing with padlocks, we only carve initials onto walls or trees or even ceilings of some abandoned places.
yes, there is a place in Verona full of there, when theres too many its not good looking
In Paris, a bridge railing colapsed because of the locks. I was there also - there are vendors that sell you the locks. seen it in other places as well.

I have never done this but I do know a few people who have done so. Not many around here in the US do that though.
