Massively Hi-Tech Economic Area Construction In Huairou

I have talked about the natural beauty of the Huairou district, which is a northern region of the Beijing Municipal. As my living place, I am exploring the development of this district in a wide area of the district where I used to pass by in my exploration. I have witnessed the modern technological advancement in the construction of many projects in the surrounding area, tree plantation projects to make Beijing a cleaner city, creating a lot of scenic parks, developing the existing tourist spots to offer more intensive facilities for travelers and many other things. Even I have seen the drastic changes in the UCAS campus in Yanqihu Lake where I have lived for around 1 and a half years.

As you should know about the tremendous construction engineering of China is beating the whole world so I have seen the fastest construction here with the modern technology and abundant use of machinaries in the construction sites of China. Recently I have a cycling route through a completely new township commercial area with a hi-tech residential area in the far area from the Huairou City centre. It is around 5 km from my institutes and around 10 km far from the Huairou city center. It is just between my current dormitory and the Yanqihu Campus of my old dormitory in the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences.

This area very advanced with completely new roads and all the buildings were completely new and they look stunning as the area is is located in a region where nothing was existed 4/5 years ago. All of the building are with very modern looks that are not like the conventional Chinese style building that can be seen in many old city area.

I can say that the area seems to be far advanced than the current Huairou City center area. It is really a fascinating that the city is with proper plans to facilitate the most modern technologies and services in the area. As there is the Huairou Science City area in which area my institute is also located, the planned city is to make this area into a modern science hub in this naturally beautiful region of the Beijing Municipal.

As this area is still at it's construction phase but it seems everything is at the final stage as visible in the pictures. So, very soon, this area will be lively, and all the planned business centers, offices, and other service centers will be opened and functioning in this region to make the new township a great place for its dwellers.

Though there is a bad image of China as having many large cities without any people living in the area, I think this area will not be like that as the fantastic location and the surrounding beauty with excellent weather and healthy lifestyle, this new city area will be a great place for all.
