It's Sunday today and it's Lord's day, I attended the Mass in Cathedral, Baguio City. I'm very thankful that the weather is sunny but still I can't deny the fact that there's a typhoon tomorrow. Lucky, we have technology that monitor the weather for us to be informed, and get ready. Anyway, going back, after the mass, I stroll around at Session Road, Baguio City. During Sunday, Session Road is always turns into pedestrian zone that is for the people to watch STREET PERFORMANCES, to explore FOOD STALLS (local products, juices, snacks, etc) AND NON-FOOD STALLS (handicrafts, clothing, souvenir items, etc), to do CHALK PAINTINGS (Art and Creativity where they showcase their talent and anyone can do it), to view and take pictures to those who wear COSPLAY CUSTOMES, and a space free for families, tourists or the community itself to hang out while making themselves comfortable.
AND today's picture, I would love to share with you the stalls and the view at Session Road. For the others, I will share it in another post like those street dancing as I didn't witnessed. As far as I know, it happens during afternoon and I went in the morning. Also, I will share chalk art painting, and costumes costplay in another story. So, here's the pictures that I photographed.
The Cathedral Our Lady of the Attonenent) is above the Session Road.
Food Stalls
Different snacks are made. I would love to try but I'm not hungry yet so, I just took a look of them.
Drinks(juices)
I tried this one and it was tasty. I love the flavor. It's cucumber with lemon.
Handicrafts (It made from local products and I find them catchy) and thrift clothes
Fruits
People who are exploring too.
My favorite photo wherein it fascinated me. The kids were enjoying inside. While taking the photo, I imagined my niblings who were just kids too, surely they'll enjoy playing inside.
So, it's really fun here that highlights the city's culture embodying creativity, community-spirit,supporting local products for vendors, local music for musicians, dances, and overall, sustaining neat and no-car zone for livable space for everyone.
I hope you like the photos even I'm not good into taking pictures and I hope you like the description behind it. I would like to thank this opportunity to thanked you all.
Note: All pictures are mine and have taken them in my cellphone Realme C53, then I edited the first picture in Canva.
We've been there way back 2018, there are few food stalls before. I couldn't forget how we found and hop in from a restaurant to another food stall to ate because it's rush hour in the afternoon, full of tourist or people used to dine in. 😁 One of my friend says, if only we bring our food so we can eat on a van. Hehe
Wow, really? Have you tired night market too? For sure, you'll love it.
Yes, We also tried night market 😁 we even drove home late-almost midnight.
