The phone battery metaphor? I've never thought of it like that but it makes so much sense, especially the part about needing to cool down before you even start recharging. I resonated with your post so much. I really felt the part about pushing through when deep down your body and mind are begging for rest, I've been there so many times. Thanks for sharing
