Unfortunately, that is not how it is anymore. People have turned love into a give-and-take transaction, choosing partners based on what they can offer rather than what they truly feel.

Yet, amidst everything happening in the world, genuine love still exists, the kind where both partners are honest, understanding, and truly care for each other.

And to build a home, love alone is not enough. Commitment is essential. On days when love feels weak or uncertain, commitment is what keeps things together.

Respect and understanding matter too. They are what keep a relationship strong when both partners know their boundaries and are mindful of what to avoid so the relationship can thrive.

The same goes for the people we keep in our lives. It is not about having many people, it is about having the right ones. You can be surrounded by many and still feel empty, yet just one or two genuine souls can bring real happiness.

One person who allows you to be yourself is worth more than ten people you have to pretend for just to belong.

We can make love and relationships work again if we stop placing all our happiness in other people’s hands. No one’s world revolves around just one person; we all have different parts of our lives that need attention.

A healthy relationship is when two people can be busy, yet still carry each other in their hearts. It is built on love, commitment, respect, understanding, and balance, with people who let you be your true self.
