The core members have paid in over time to the community, so they have voting rights to determine important decisions that affect it. There are many others that come to live here for a time, sometimes weeks, sometimes months, and occasionally even years. Very few actually choose to live here permanently. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
