I wonder why you chose that new part of the island over the "old" part, even "with a lot of the minerals still locked up". 🤯😅

Because this part of the Island is one of the freest places on earth presently. Because of the unpredictability of the lava, very few governmental agencies, corporations, or companies want to invest in infrastructure that could be destroyed at any time. We live in quite a safe bubble out here, and because of that we can live as we choose. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
