The steaks look great. I am going to be out of them soon and I will have to pick some up from either Costco or the butcher I think. We have a pizza place in the town where I work that is good, but very greasy. I usually have to take a napkin and dab the top of the slice before I eat it to take away the excess grease!

Well, they used to be completely non-greasy I was just thinking it might be all that peperoni and sausage that made it so...
That is probably the case. Cheese can have a lot of fat too.
