Yes indeed, fog or mist can be great to add mystique, or create very minimalistic pictures. However, it does also limit the possibilities :-) One single tree can deliver one great image in the fog, but can deliver 100 great pictures in different combinations of sun and sky and clouds...

Ah, yes, I see what you mean. Taking photos on rainy or cloudy days is a bit like that too, since getting good shots is a bit more challenging. Close-ups often work nicely, especially those with bright colors. πππβ¨π€
