Hello my fellow Hivers, friends, and followers especially to the gorgeous members of Discovery-it Community. HAPPY Friday everyone may you all have a great day ahead.โบ๏ธ It's me again @clarabels. This is my second time posting here in Discovery-it Community. For today's Blog content, I would like to share one of the most popular tourist attractions here in Bohol, Philippines, which is the Famous endangered animal species "Tarsier". Have you visited Bohol? If not then you're at the right place. join with me as we discover the smallest primate of the world. Yesterday we went to Bohol Tarsier Conservation Area Philippines.โค๏ธ To get here, if you're in Tagbilaran City, it would take at least 39 kilometers exactly 1 hour ride. When we arrived at the place, we took photos, and the staffs from the Bohol tarsier conservation will greet you. They are very nice, they also have a friendly big tarsier mascot greeting all the guest outside.

Before we enter to the Tarsier Conservation Area their staffs who who will inform all the guest the DO's and DON'Ts when entering the tarsier conservation area the first DO's is we should always observe silence and Avoid any Loud noises because tarsier's is very sensitive to noise. if you want to take a picture then you should set you phone into silent mode. when taking pictures use zoom lenses only. and wearing comfortable shoes is necessary because the pathway here in the tarsier conservation is muddy sometimes slightly wet. Here are the DONT's when entering the tarsier conservation, first when taking a picture no using of flash camera you should turn off your flash camera because Tarsier"s big eyes and cute little ears are very sensitive to any lights especially flash lights. Avoid touching any tarsier it's because they are endangered wild animals. I discovered a lot of hidden facts about tarsiers.

while we're walking around inside the conservation area I discovered signage's about the Do's and Dont's so that we as guess will always be reminded. The first Tarsier I captured was not looking to my Zoomed camera the tour guide explains to us guest that this tarsier is a bit shy and don't want her sleep to be disturb. actually I discovered that, tarsier's are active during the night, they hunt and eat insects at night, and they sleep during the day, Just like an owl.

On our second spotted tarsier finally! I've captured with a zoomed picture of a Tarsier tilting its head. just like a CCTV I think she likes to scan the area if how many guess are there๐. The tour guide explains that tarsier can rotate its head at 180 degree. As you can see in the picture, I encircled the tarsier behind our back. The funny fact here is that I grew up in Bohol and this is still my first time visiting here in the Bohol Tarsier Conservation Area๐

As we walk through the exit door, I got a souvenir from the tarsier's which is the one on the photo it's a cute refrigerator magnet of tarsier along with a cute post card. We really enjoy inside the conservation area, I discovered a lot of trivia's and the fun facts and the dos and dont's about these cute tiny tarsiers, the vibe of the nature, you can only hear the sound of nature, the birds humming and of course discovering the beauty of mother nature itself.๐

And that's it for today my fellow hivers. I hope you learn something on my blog today at the Bohol Tarsier Conservation Area. You may also consider this tourist attraction to visit some time. See you on my next blog. Thank you for dropping by. This means a lot to me๐
