That is possible, I guess it might not be available there. keep.google.com, there are also apps for it. Looks like hyperliquid is restricted in the US. Might have to use a VPN. Are you putting your money in the "vaults"?

Not yet but I wouldn't rule it out. I think the play at the moment is spot and futures but I would not touch futures with a barge pole because you will earn enough in the spot market.
