Online Shopping Dismay

I bought an organizer in an online shop and I was really disappointed when it came deformed so I requested for a refund and re-ordered.

It came deformed again. But this time, I didn't request for a refund anymore. I think it's the courier's fault because no sellee would want to bismerch its reputation over a small item.

I hope the couriers would be careful with the packages they handle.
