Mom taught me a very valuable lesson growing up with my siblings.. She used the broom to pass the message.
My mom was fond of waking us up every morning and giving us daily advice before we leave for school. This day, she brought out a broom stick and the whole broom to illustrate the importance of togethereness.
A broom stick can easily be divided but the whole broom is unstoppable, unbreakable, they would rather bend and adapt but never break or give up.
This illustration lives rent free in my head and that helped me cherish the bond I have with siblings. It is normal for siblings to have some little misunderstanding but no one ever comes in between us.
I think I'm blessed to have supportive siblings who would go extra mile to ensure the smile on my face stays forever and they are also blessed to have me.

Something happened today which reminded me that there's indeed power in numbers. Together we can weather any storm, no wonder the holy book says; "two heads are better than one" which implies, together a lot can be solved.
Imagine when one is confused and is running out of ideas on what to do, the second person will surely come up with a better plan and even better ones will come from the third, fourth or fifth.
When one is scared, encouragement often comes from the second, third, fourth and so on.
I always say that we cannot do live alone, we all need each other and yes, there is power in numbers.
Together with our great family members, we can thrive. Together with good friends we can conquer, together with productive colleagues we can achieve a lot and accomplish mind blowing goals.
May we cherish everyone who have a special place in our hearts and learn to involve them in our daily hassles. You never may know who's idea may take you very far in life.
May we also cherish the bond of family and good friends because its a gift money can never buy.
I hope you vibe along to the classical music from the high school musical cast and also allow the message imprint in your heart that we are all unique in our own way.
Just like the whole body cannot function without each specific part, so too, we really cannot achieve so much doing life alone.
We are like the head, eyes, heart, hands and different part of the body with different functions just to achieve a collective goal. We are all in this together.
