Phone Photography Contest - #105 : Our Local Desert Halo-Halo
This weekend me and my wife decided to go buy some groceries to stock up for this coming months since gas prices we wanted to do it in one go to save up.
Anyways, the place where wen went have a really hot weather so we needed something to quench us. Since the Supermarket where we went have our favorite fast food around, we decided to go.
Mang Inasal is very famous here in the Philippines and it's serves one of the best desert that is best for tropical weather, the Halo Halo. It features finely shaved ice mixed with extra creamy milk and is topped with red sago, buko pandan jelly, langka (jackfruit), ube halaya (mashed purple yam), yellow beans, red mongo beans, leche flan, macapuno, banana, and a scoop of ube ice cream.Source

Ever since it was introduced, we always go to this place to have this desert specially when we go to the lowlands where temperature reaches extreme levels.
